It has been continuing for the past 8 years.Frolicking With SantaOn 4th Street, Calgary hosts a Christmas parade every year on the second Saturday in December. This is an annual event that irish ferry not only includes a small parade, but caroling throughout the street, sleigh rides and a huge craft fair. If you are looking to get into the Christmas spirit, this is one place in Calgary that you will definitely want to be in early December. Each year, the Frolicking with Santa festival attracts hundreds of thousands of people.Winter FestivalCalgary has its share of winter, but they sure know what to do with the season. The Winter Festival draws a large crowd and includes an ice fishing derby, snow pitching tournaments, sleight rides and fun for the entire family at Chestermere Lake. The annual event takes place the second weekend of January.Brazil FestThis is an annual festival in Calgary that celebrates the culture of Brazil.
